HydraBio 20L is a professional-grade 20% Quaternary Ammonium Compound (Quat) biocide concentrate for spray-and-leave treatment of biological growth on exterior surfaces.

HydraBio kills mould, algae, moss, and lichen at the root without rinsing — making it the preferred choice for no-rinse roof treatments, render biocide applications, and soft-wash finishing treatments. At the right dilution, a single application provides long-lasting protection against biological regrowth.

**Dilution Guide:**
– Preventative maintenance spray: 1:40
– Active biological growth (light–moderate): 1:20
– Heavy mould/algae infestation: 1:10

**Application:**
Apply diluted product using a soft-wash pump, garden sprayer, or low-pressure system. Leave on surface — no rinsing required. For best results, apply after HydraWash surface wash.
