These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hydralab website at hydralab.au and the purchase of products from Hydralab. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. About Us
Hydralab is an Australian-owned business supplying professional exterior cleaning chemicals. We are based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. For enquiries, contact us at info@hydralab.au.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing from Hydralab, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, purchasing for legitimate professional or personal cleaning use, have the knowledge to handle chemical products safely, and are located in Australia.
3. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all products upon request. Email info@hydralab.au to request an SDS.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Orders and Payment
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times are 2–7 business days. All products are shipped in ADG-compliant packaging. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
7. Dangerous Goods Compliance
Our products are transported in accordance with the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code. By purchasing, you acknowledge you will handle and store products safely, comply with all WHS laws, and accept responsibility for the safe use of purchased products.
8. Returns and Refunds
We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless defective. Defective or damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hydralab.au with photos. Unopened products: May be returned within 14 days in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Change of mind: We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydralab’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss. You are responsible for ensuring products are used correctly and in accordance with the SDS.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is the property of Hydralab and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
